Preferably Road iRating of 5k+. We have made exceptions to this before.
Preferably USA/Canada Time zone based but exceptions can be made.
Experience in multi-class Endurance Racing. (Special Events, IVRA, SCO, NEO)
Eager to learn, improve, practice with the team.
We look at a host of metrics including how well you jell with the team.
